Orders placed through our website constitute an offer to purchase food or drink from CHOMPP LTD.
An order is considered accepted once payment has been successfully processed and confirmation has been issued.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment failure, or operational issues.

Collection times provided when placing an order are estimated times and may vary during busy periods.

Food Temperature & Quality
All food is freshly prepared to order and is intended to be consumed shortly after collection.
Once an order has been collected from our premises, CHOMPP LTD cannot guarantee the temperature or quality of food if there are delays in consumption.
CHOMPP LTD is not responsible for deterioration in food quality caused by delayed collection, transportation, reheating, or storage after the order has left our premises.

Collection Responsibility
Customers are responsible for collecting their order within the allocated collection time.
Orders not collected within a reasonable period may be disposed of for food safety reasons and may not be eligible for a refund.
If an order is collected significantly later than the scheduled collection time, CHOMPP LTD cannot guarantee the quality or temperature of the food.

Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before preparation of the food or drink has started.

Once preparation has begun, the order cannot be cancelled.

Refunds
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.
Refunds may be offered where:
• The order cannot be fulfilled
• The order is incorrect due to an error on our part
• The order is cancelled before preparation has started
Refunds will not normally be offered for:
• Orders not collected within the allocated collection time
• Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
• Change of mind after food preparation has begun
Refund decisions remain at the discretion of CHOMPP LTD.

Age Restricted Products
Alcohol will not be sold to persons under the age of 18.
Energy drinks will not be sold to persons under the age of 16.
Proof of age may be required upon collection. CHOMPP LTD reserves the right to refuse service if valid identification cannot be provided.

Our kitchen handles a range of ingredients including common allergens such as nuts, dairy, gluten, eggs, and soy.
Customers with allergies or dietary requirements must inform staff before placing an order.
