You can order directly through our website at www.chompp.co.uk. Simply choose your items, select a collection time, and complete checkout.

Yes. You can place an order in-store during our opening hours, but during busy periods we recommend ordering online to secure a collection time.

If your order has not yet started preparation, we may be able to amend it. Please call us immediately on 01205 212 346 and we will do our best to help. Once food preparation has started we cannot make changes.

Orders can only be cancelled before preparation begins. Please call us on 01205 212 346 as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

No problem! If your order is ready early we’ll give it to you. If it isn’t quite ready yet, there may be a short wait.

Food is cooked fresh to order and is best eaten immediately. If you arrive significantly later than your collection time, the food may not be at its best temperature or quality. Orders left uncollected for long periods may be disposed of for food safety reasons.

There are several public parking areas close to Pump Square in Boston town centre. Short stay parking is available nearby for easy order collection.

Yes. All CHOMPP burgers are cooked fresh to order. This means there may occasionally be a short wait during busy periods, but it also means your food is freshly prepared.

Yes… very. 😄 CHOMPP is known for generous portions, loaded fries and proper smash burgers. If you’re unsure what to order, our burger meals are a great place to start.

Alcohol, no. Energy drinks, yes. Energy drinks are only sold to those 16 or over. Valid photo ID may be required at collection.
